Store Policies
"I ordered today, when will my item(s) arrive?"
All orders will be fulfilled in 9-12 business days time and will be shipped out once everything is organized.
MLB/NFL/NBA/NHL Orders
Orders including MLB/NFL/NBA/NHL jerseys will take longer than the standard arrival time to be fulfilled. Expect an additional 10-12 days for processing and handling. Each order requires embroidery and we want to ensure only providing the highest quality of products.
"Where can I find my tracking number?"
After you place an order, please allow time to process and ship everything out. After we ship your item(s), you'll receive an e-mail from us providing the tracking number and with what service it was shipped through.
"After shipped, how long does it take to arrive?"
Depending on your regional zone, delivery times can vary from 1-4 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). We ship only through First Class and Priority Mail provided to us by USPS. Depending on the class of mail, most orders will take 3-6 days to deliver to or in your mailbox. Please check your mailbox often after you've received confirmation that item(s) has/have been shipped.
"What's the average shipping time from when I order until it arrives?"
All orders will be processed in a timely manner given the volume of orders we have to organize. For this reason, we give a warning of 2 additional business days if orders don't arrive exactly on time. Our delivery time is 15-21 days depending on your regional zone in the US.
International delivery time varies anywhere between 10 and 25 business days. This is due to the reason that we use a third-party service to ship international orders.
Regarding orders shipped out of USA
All orders will be fulfilled in 9-12 business days time. However, the arrival time for international orders will vary based on local import rules and regulations as well as distance from shipping point.
Once an order ships, your tracking information will be provided to your email. The shipping courier is then responsible for the handling of your package as well as any standard insurance inclusions that may apply. Your tracking number will be your best resource to best understand where your shipment is at all times.
Import Duties/Tariffs
It is solely the responsibility of the customer making a purchase at our shop to fulfill all (if any) import taxes, duties, fees, etc. that may apply that could potentially affect the arrival of their order. This applies to all shipments not in USA territory, no exceptions will be made.
In the event this is the reason for a package to hold up and not arrive in the expected timely manner stated by our policy, it will not be a valid route to file an "order not received" request.
"After shipped, how long does it take to arrive?"
Depending on your regional zone, delivery times can vary from 2-5 weeks depending on your country and its local import laws. Should you have any questions regarding order updates, have your order number handy and email us at support@futbolshopus.net. Please check your mailbox often after you've received confirmation that item(s) has/have been shipped.
You have 24 hours to cancel, edit, or replace your order. Worn cleats or customized jerseys cannot be refunded. Refunds are only issued for lost packages not found in tracking records. Incorrect or defective items qualify for free replacement. Follow proper washing instructions to avoid damage. Contact us for help at support@futbolshopus.net.
For any issues with sizing, we offer exchange services for a better size. This only applies if the order also complies with our Refund Policy. Before proceeding to send the replacement item(s) to customers, the returned item(s) will be inspected if it's still new, unworn, with tags, and in original condition.
Exchanges will only be granted for the same item(s) just in a different size/variant.
For refunds and exchanges, customer must cover the shipping costs which have their items being returned. The best postal service available for shipping as well as convenience is USPS.
Exchanges WILL NOT be granted if an item is not in sellable condition. We accept exchanges for the convenience to provide a better service to all our customers as well as being able to sell the item which doesn't initially work out for customers.
